These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Majjic Chat (referred to in these Terms as “website”, “Majjic Chat”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the provider of the Majjic Chat website and the services accessible from Majjic Chat websites and domains (collectively, the “Service”).
By using Majjic Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. In these Terms, “you” refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or block your account without notice.

2.1. Accounts must be registered by a human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted. You must be 16 years of age or older.
2.2. You must provide a valid permanent email address and any other required registration information. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. Personal information submitted by you is subject to our Privacy Policy.
2.4. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to distributing harmful code, bypassing security features, infringing intellectual property, harassment, impersonation, deception, or any abusive/offensive behavior.
We may add you to a support channel where you can ask questions and receive assistance for the duration of your active subscription. Updates and support information may also be provided there.
A valid credit/debit card or Bkash/Nagad/Rocket account may be required to purchase Majjic Chat and related Apps. Fees are billed in advance according to our pricing schedule. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes/levies/duties (excluding Bangladesh’s income taxes).
You will be eligible for a full refund only if all of the following are verified:
To verify/solve issues, we may request access details (user/password/IP). If you refuse to provide needed access, you may not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations to the fullest extent of the law and may cooperate with law enforcement. We may remove data/accounts/content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.
The Slack app has no recurring costs, but we reserve the right to terminate the service at any time if necessary—especially if message volume becomes too high and increases server costs.
The Messenger app has no recurring costs, but we reserve the right to terminate the service at any time if necessary—especially if message volume becomes too high and increases server costs.
You may terminate your subscription under different conditions depending on whether your subscription is monthly or annual:
Monthly subscription: termination becomes effective from the first day following the monthly period during which termination is notified. Example: subscription April 10, termination notified May 15 → effective June 10.
Annual subscription: termination becomes effective from the first day following the relevant annual period. Example: subscription Jan 1, 2025, termination notified Aug 15, 2025 → effective Jan 1, 2026.
Access remains active until the effective date. Since subscriptions are for fixed periods, no refund of fees (monthly or annual) will be granted after purchase, except as described in the Refund section.
You can terminate by using the “Cancel subscription” button in the “Membership” section of your account. You can disable credit auto-recharge by unchecking “Auto recharge” in the same section.
You acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for your use of Majjic Chat. While we prioritize security, information sent/received may not be fully secure and could be intercepted by unauthorized parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Majjic Chat and its suppliers/licensors are not liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, goodwill, data, or any other damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. If a court finds Majjic Chat liable, aggregate liability will be limited to the fees paid by you in the last twelve (12) months prior to the proceedings.
Unless specified otherwise, price quotations are non-binding and may be adjusted at any time. Payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees/taxes/purchases once paid are non-refundable to the greatest extent permitted by law.
By purchasing a subscription (“Membership”) you agree to pay the monthly/annual fees shown for the Service. By enabling “Auto recharge” you authorize us to charge you automatically based on your settings. Reseller version users agree to pay the applicable fees as invoiced and described in reseller documentation.
